oookay you need to really sleep. i know exactly how you feel and what you mean about a fragile voice. lack of sleep COMPLETELY takes my voice away. so if you're not on stage performing, you need to be in bed or in the van sleeping. also focus on what you're eating and drinking. make sure it's healthy. and as far as throat-clogging liquids, avoid sodas and other caffiene, and definitely avoid dairy.
