At the end of one of the HIM gigs I met Dommin and got a picture with them and my ticket signed, something that's never happened in the 7 years I've been a fan of HIM. I didn't lose heart though. I can understand why HIM seemed to try to avoid the fans after every gig I've been to. When you have maybe a hundred people waiting for you after a gig, ready to swarm you, you're going to try to avoid it, I know I would. It's not like you could talk to anyone, it's just a bunch of people screaming at you and waving album covers and posters etc, in your face. So I don't think it's that they don't care about their fans anymore (atleast i hope not), I just think it's inevitable when you get more popular. Dommin were'nt crowded by loads of people and could talk to us, all that will probably change when they get more popular. As for the band just walking past you Kimmers, I don't know. That does seem pretty rude. Doesn't sound like they were being rushed along by their people, and a quick are you ok and thank you for coming along wouldn't have been hard.

I agree s.k.a.d.i. about the live performances as of late. When I watch some of the older performances from the Greatest Lovesongs up to the Love Metal era, they seemed alot more energetic. And as much as I love the last 3 albums, there's something special about Greatest lovesongs, RR, deep shadows and love metal that seems to be missing. I can't put my finger on what it is exactly, maybe it's just that I got into the band in 2003, just as Love metal was being released, and those are the albums I fell in love with... I'm not sure, and now I've lost my train of thought haha.

I've had a bit to drink, so I'm sorry if I've rambled on and not made sense or completely ignored some peoples points. I still love the band and look forward to future albums and gigs. The same goes for Dommin.
